At HappyPawsCo, we strive to provide high-quality pet products that you and your furry friends will love. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

We offer refunds only within 48 hours of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was received due to an error on our part.

How to Request a Refund

If you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps within 48 hours of receiving your order:

  1. Email us at support@happiepawsco.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  3. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
  • Minor variations in color or size due to screen differences.
  • Sales items
